King Jack Park keeps Webb City's mining name in public space

Webb City's King Jack Park and Mining Days Community Building give Jasper County a city-park note tied to local mining identity and Route 66 civic life.

Webb City adds another Jasper County identity layer. The city community-center page places the Mining Days Community Building in King Jack Park, and the city about page says Historic Route 66 runs through the center of Webb City’s National Register Commercial Historic Downtown District.

Those official pages are enough to make a careful color note without turning it into booster copy. Webb City presents itself through city government, a park named for mining memory, and a downtown Route 66 layer.

For a resident, this also tells you where to check. Use Webb City pages for park, community-building, and city contact details. Use county pages when the question is countywide.
